I have
been receiving calls regarding the Avaya Award Payout for
Occupational Employees.
Based
on this Avaya Performance Factor for October 1, 2004 through September
30, 2005, the Avaya Award payout under our negotiated Avaya Award Plan
for
Represented Employees would have been
less than the negotiated minimum payout of $570.
Per the
CWA/Avaya agreement, the 2005 Avaya Award payout will be the
minimum payout of $570 and will appear in paychecks payable December 9,
2005.
