The parties to this memorandum hereby agree to continue the terms
and conditions of the BellSouth Long Distance Working Agreement scheduled
to expire on March 19, 2005, subject to the following changes and
conditions:
- The
agreement, effective March 17, 2002, will be extended in full force
and effect until 11:59 p.m., December 31, 2005.
This extension also applies to the terms and conditions of:

3. If an employee’s

- All
lump sums will be included in the employee’s regular paycheck.
- The
BellSouth Pension Plan monthly pension band benefit per year of
service will be increased as shown in Attachment A.
- The
benefit plans listed in Article 12 of the Working Agreement, as in
effect on March 19, 2005, shall remain in effect for eligible Company

- This
Memorandum of Agreement will become effective upon ratification by the
CWA membership. All terms
and conditions of the current Working Agreement will continue during
the ratification process.
