To see the Avaya Variable Workforce Memorandum of Understanding extension follow these directions:

1.  Click on the link to the Communications and Technologies website link.

2.  Click on the tab for Bargaining Units.

3.  On the Bargaining Units page where it asks you to select a bargaining unit select "Avaya" from the pull down tab.  On the Topics tab select "Show all Topics".   Select Order "Descending".  Click on Get Articles. 

4.  Look for " New Variable Workforce Agreement" dated 10/29/01. This will take you to a note from Gerald Souder, click on the "Click here to see associated PDF file".  it will take you to the 5 page Memorandum.  This Memorandum has changes to the original Variable Workforce agreement that went into effect last year.
