Avaya Award for U.S. Represented Employees.

Under the Avaya Award for Occupational Employees, eligible U.S. represented employees receive an Avaya Award twice each fiscal year, following the same performance periods as STIP. Based on the Avaya Performance Factor for October through March, the Avaya Award payout would have been less than the negotiated minimum payout of $250. Per the collective bargaining agreements, the minimum payout of $250 will appear in paychecks payable June 6, 2003. NOTE: The Avaya Award for the second half of the year (April 2003 through September 2003) will be subject to 2003 Avaya/CWA/IBEW contract negotiations
