Working Agreement Ratification Ballots 

September 28, 2004 the results of the ratification vote are (Yes) as follows:

BST            -74%
BAPCO       -82% 
BASC         -94% 
BBI             -95% 
UTILITIES   -65% 
CORP        -100% 
CWA Local 3120's results are as follows:
BST Yes 96
     No  27 
Utilities= no ballots returned 

4% Lump Sum 9-23-04 
Following discussions with the Company, they have agreed, based on ratification, that the four percent (4%) will be paid out to all employees on payroll August 8, 2004 and will be included in the first full paycheck received in October.  Oct 20 for Bi-Weekly Plant.(This is the ratification/signing bonus)

September 9, 2004, BellSouth ratification ballots for members of CWA Local 3120 were mailed out. Hopefully members will receive their ballots before Hurricane Ivan causes any interruptions in mail service.  

We were informed (via fax) that the ballots would be at Local's by September 8, 2004. We will mail out to our membership as soon as we receive them. If you do not have yours by September 16 call the Hall 954-983-3120.  They must be back in our office by Monday September 27, 2004 so we can give results to CWA staff office in Atlanta before 12noon 9-28-04.
